This powerful hydraulic tractor assembly is designed to push URD power cables into HDPE or PVC conduit for high productivity. The Maxx-Trak can also be configured to push-assist HDPE conduit in difficult placement situations.
The Maxx-Trak™ can substantially reduce installation costs by requiring fewer placement steps, eliminating the need for a pull line and providing for faster installation of power cables, when compared to conventional winching methods. The Maxx-Trak system can be used either freestanding, or mounted on a trailer platform or utility vehicle. Plumett offers various trailer platforms to accept the Maxx-Trak for optimum cable placing ease. The powerful hydraulic motors
will deliver up to 800 pounds of push force at speeds up to 200 feet per minute.
